We purchased a washer and dryer from Grants in March 2009. Our decision to purchase at Grants was based exclusively on a rebate offer of $500 in gas or groceries. Over the past 9 months the third parties Grants contracted with each went out of business. To compensate for the loss of the rebate Grants is now offering a 20% discount on the purchase of regularly priced and newly purchased merchandise, which is totally unacceptable.
