I got surprise charges on my phone bill and called the 1888 number the phone company gave me just to find out that someone had used my sons email address ( He is a minor!) and our home address and phone number! The service rep I spoke with agreed to credit my phone bill back within 2 to 3 billing cycles!! Not right away, but within 2 to 3 months!! This is outrageous! And then she didn't agree to the whole amount. She said the phone company charged us the taxes, not them. This company needs to be put out of business!! read full review »
