I began having problems with the freezer staying cold. I called A& E asking if they repaired my type of refrigerator. They replied "Yes". I had my first service call on 11/2/09 and to date, 2/1/10, my freezer still does not stay cold and I have paid A & E close to $400 and have had about 8 or 9 service calls for the same problem and 5-6 different technicians (I use that term loosely) have not been able to correctly diagnose/fix the problem and they will only refund $180 of the close to $400 I have paid them for a repair that... read full review »
