Set up appt with att unverse to have cable tv installed, called around jan 11th. appt was made for jan 28th, however we thought it was made for the 21 of jan, we called on the 21 st thinking no one had showed up and was told are appt was for the 28th, told at that time that I was lucky I called because they had internal problem with appt, and no one would have showed up, problem was fix.
