If you ever have to deal with Steve Zerin, run the other way! He comes off as a nice guy who is here to help you. He is completely unorganized, does not take care of your property (scratches floors, etc.), and is completely unreliable. I cannot count the number of times he said he would be over at a certain time only to never show up and come up with a lame excuse three days later when I finally got a hold of him. I have now had to hire another contractor to fix what he has done and finish what he did not. read full review »
