Signed up for a trail in mid Jan10, never receive anything but they charged a $56.xx and said will charge another $126.XX to my credit card. Dispute it thro' my credit card company. They use confusing term during signup/confirmation email to lure people in, then bail and switch to full membership, not to mention that no product was actually shipped.
