I purchased a remote controlled hummer for my son for Christmas. This was the only gift that he asked for from Santa. Upon opening the gift, we discovered it did not work at all. The company could not be reached by telephone, so I attempted to contact the "Live Online Help". No one ever answered the requests. I sent email messages to request an exchange of merchandise.
