After being a customer for 9 years, I called to tell them I was cancelling service. They told me that they would send me mailing labels so I could mail back their equipment. In the course of the conversation, I discovered that I had been billed for an extra receiver every month since we had been in this house (67 months). I did not know that there was no charge for the main reciever. The reciever in my son's room quit working in 2006 and we mailed it back to them at that time.
