I've been charged for things I swear they make up. I asked thejm to pull weeds in the flower beds, they only did this tiny spot in the front yard garden and charged me for the fronjnt and back. It took me forever to get ahold of anyone, no one returns calls, when I finally did, they took months to refund my account. They have charged me for times when no one has been here to do any lawn work at all. They leave clippings all over the place and even have hidden clippings underneath some bushes and behind a tree. Company doesn't return phone calls or emails. They are unorganized...keep getting the times and days of service wrong, so my gate is either locked or my dog is in the yard and they can't mow, fertilize, pull weeds or weedeat. They've charged me 3 times for services that were never performed. The work is satisfactory but everything else, including customer service is below standard...I would not recommend this company. read full review »

This company rarely, if ever returns phone calls and/or emails. I closed my account & paid it off in full over 5 months ago. Despite this, the company has kept my account active and has charged me for two service calls (mowing/weedeating) which were never made. Basically, their computer system is still automatically charging me for services which are NOT being rendered. No one has been here to mow/weedeat, but I've been charged twice.
