I ordered a Cuisinart from Homebrands November 27 2009. They didn't tell me it was on back order until I called 2 weeks later. I canceled the order and received written confirmation of the cancellation from Julie Miller, Customer Support at 212 564 0042 on Dec 10th. I subsequently ordered and received the product from another vendor. In early January, Homebrands charged my credit card $310.84 for the Cuisinart (not shipped at this point and previously canceled).
