I lost my card, called to have it re-issued and was charged $20 to have a new one fedex mailed to me within 5 business days. Today is day 7. No tracking number could be provided when I requested it. I have two accounts with this company. I simply asked that they transfer the money to my other account which they told me they could not do even if I provided them with every bit of account detail etc. They speak limited english and have no ability to escalate a call.
