Wow - we were duped too. And rarely do I ever get duped. I cannot believe I did not follow my wisdom to never buy anything big without sleeping on it. And I can usually smell a rat. I think I just was so excited to sign up for a vacation club - something we could not afford in the last 5 years. There is a lot of info that this club in Dallas at the Galleria Towers used to be Beachcombers, owned by Bill Bailey of FL, then turned Phoenix Vacations, then in spring 2008, Royal Palm Travel.
