Offerwire has refused a valid request for a rebate on a Comcast D-link Cable Modem and Wireless router. The Comcast High Speed Internet Service and equipment was purchased thru Offerwire on October 30, 2009. All requirements to receive the rebates were fulfilled as required by Offerwire. I am a Comcast cable subscriber and have been for almost 8 years. Offerwire refused the rebates based on an invalid assumption that my home is in an invalid location.
