I have contacted Acai Detox to cancel my subscription and to ask for my money back on products I did not order. They indeed canceled my subscription and said they would send my complaint to their records officer and that I would be receiving an e-mail confirming my refund. I have never received that e-mail, nor has anyone refunded my money. I have also taken this up with my credit card company asking that they not pay these two purchases. Both of them were for $87.13. I am willing to pay the original $3.95 for the "trial" order, however I am unwilling to pay for product I never ordered and never wanted. read full review »
