I live in a somewhat remote area and after searching for a cell phone provider T-mobile, I called to place my order. The people taking my order were Wire Fly. I received my phone within 2 days, just one problem...when I followed the instructions to get it activated..it wouldn't. After finding out TMobile doesn't service my area I called Wire Fly and was told to return the phone and I would be given credit. They had already deducted $75. from my checking acct.
