Well I was told some information about the Process of there transactions (pending, cleared and fees). Next thing I know I do exactly what he told me I could do with the account and I was charged 6 overdraft fees for pending transactions and I had my direct deposit pending. Now when I call in they told me that there was nothing I could do about it. There rep gave me the all the bad info I could have and I am forced to pay the charges because of him. They do not and will not fix the situation that was occured from there rep. Watch out, there customer service sucks. Stay far away. They are not worth the trouble. read full review »
