I have been trying to contact someone since November. I have an extended warranty on my eliptical and wanted it serviced before 12/31/08. I have been on hold every time I called. No one has ever answered. The longest time I was able to hold was 50 minutes while making dinner. No answer. I called Nordic Trac to see if they could link me. I was told they could link me and put me on hold. They came back and said I would be contacted before the end of day. It is two weeks later and I have not received a call.
