I ordered $475.00 worth of bed sheets from Linens 4 You on December 26, and my account was charged immediately for the full amount and they sent a confirmation email. After 20 days, I have yet to receive the order, and their website shows no sign of the order being shipped or any projected shipping date. I have attempted to contact them by phone, but the recording claims that they are too busy to accept my call, and that I should email their 'sales dept.', which replied via a robotic email.
