To put it nicely, GMAC ’s customer service SUCKS!!! I have been locked out of my account on numerous occasions and the only explanation they can give me is “well it looks like you entered the correct information; however, we will have to reset your password…again”. WTF? And don’t try calling unless you have about 2 hours of your life you feel like pissing away. read full review »
