Aaron's in Lubbock submitted a payment without my authorization. I do relize i was 15 days late and usually have a good payment history with then with the exception of the past 2 months but my account has never been over 20 days late. I make all payments over the phone as I do with all my bills and they must have kept that information in my file and took it upon them selves to make the payment.
