Next Rx is contracted by my health insurance company (Anthem Blue Cross) to provide mail-order drugs. The Next Rx phone system and their website are both completely impenetrable. Prescription requests take multiple contacts, refills are almost impossible to get done. These guys are a complete joke, avoid them if at all possible. Mark Lowry read full review »
