AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! I order windows from them and signed a contract. They promised in writing that the windows would be in in 6 weeks from PGT. 6 weeks came and I did not hear from them. I called Randy Puckett (the rep who came to my home) he promised they would be delivered in 2 more weeks. 2 more weeks came and still no windows.
