Cyberlink's software updates can't keep up with newer blu-ray discs. There is no way to contact their customer support even by because the software was bundled and pre-installed by Dell. Dell doesn't know how to fix it. So I have a $3, 000 computer that can play a blu-ray movie and can't get any support. I am so tired of being screwed over by software companies that sell you something and then won't provide any support.I will look for other software and won't use CYBERLINK products. read full review »
