Placed an order back in sept. for 174.00 Took me 5 emails and a cancellation inquiry to get a response and a shipping confirmation. Order arrived and I was missing $51.00 worth of items. Inquired about this with no response until I had said I wanted top lace another order. New order was placed on Nov 18th with credit of $51.00 and adding another 20.95. It's now 1/22/10 and NO RESPONSE from the company. I've sent numerous emails inquiring in the past months and have tested my patience far enough. I've filed a claim with my bank. Hopefully they can do something about this!! read full review »
