I purchased the Yoshi Ceramic Knife online. The website is set up to confuse the consumer. They do not tell you up front exactly what you are purchasing, what the shipping rates are, and after going through a series of buttons to push, you have purchased the items with no recourse. I called customer service right away and was told they could not cancel my order for 24 hours (because of computer processing). Of course by that time the item would have already shipped. Instead of selling a good product they resort to trickery to grab your money. My recommendation is to kill them all at Yoshi and let the god of your choice sort them out. read full review »
