Purchased airfare thru Ultimate fares to attend a very import family gathering. Arrived at the airport confirmation documents in hand only to be told Ultimate Fares had cancelled my tickets without notifying me. I was at the airport without a ticket, confirmation in hand, had to repurchase ticket on the spot, it cost me an extra $500.00. They blamed my bank, my bank blamed them, it was a mess and no one, no one reimbursed me for my loss. Fortunately, I got a good rate, but unfortunately, I ended up paying quite a bit more for the tickets than I should have if there had been proper ocmmunication and good customer service from this company.
