I have tried to cancel my subscription to Gevalia many times both in writing via US Mail and e-mails and they just keep shipping and demand payment. They will not pick up the coffee I never ordered and keep sending harassing bills and letters. I have been sent to collections several times and fnally give in to protect my credit rating (another sore subject).They have not responded to any correspondence, they just keep sending coffee and then demand payment. Beware ordering from them, they will never go away! Gevalia is a very incompetent company. I regret the day I first ordered from them! read full review »
