I bought a set of pots and pans from Kitchen Craft in Miami, FL. I called their customer service before the set arrived to request a set of knives. What a horrible customer service! An awful woman picked up the phone not letting me explain. So I decided to cancel my order. That cost me nearly $600.00 which was 30% of the set of pots and pans I never even saw.
