I received a "free" sample from this company and was then sent and billed for another shipment of their product. I contacted the company, was charged 6.95 for a return label and returned their product and was told through email that my account would be refunded the $86 charge put on it. After not seeing any refund, I contacted them agaain and was told that the matter would be handled by a manager and that I should see my refund within 2 weeks.
