I took my wife's car to Auto Tire to get a new transmission. They had the car for 3 weeks. Towards the end of the three weeks my wife and I found her car in a parking lot in Franklin, IN. I called Auto Tire to find out the status of the vehicle, and was told that they had it and it was still being worked on. We waited for someone too come to the car. Without my knowledge or approval, they subbed the work out to an unacceptable business in downtown Indianapolis. This business has numerous complaints with the BBB.
