This camera will not format the added memory SD card. Repeated calls to Norcent and Voice Mails asking for support have been ignored for over a month. Can't say I didn't try, and try, and try. Their web site support page is 'Under Construction' and there are no updates posted for this camera to fix the bug. It will only take 8 pics at the lowest setting of 3M using the internal memory.
