I ordered contact lenses in October 2008 and come January 26, 2009, I never received them! Turns out they were supposedly shipped (after being on back order for 30 days) to an address that should not have even been in the system for over 4 years! Every time I follow up to find out how they can correct their mistake, I get treated horribly by the "manager."
