I was drawn in by their slightly lower prices than other online retailers, as well as their quick ship date. However, their ship date was completely fabricated. It came and went - no delivery. I called customer service daily and their call center in India was not able to provide me with any info. finally, after 2 weeks, I asked them to cancel my order and they assured me that they had - so I went and bought alternate furniture.
