I joined Fitness One's downtown, Toronto location. After couple of months they close down the location. Therefore, I decided to call the complaint number and ask them to cancel my membership. I had to call so many times and leave several messages before I got hold of a staff on the phone. The staff told me she will give me free memebership for 6 months.
