We are constantly overdrawn with this bank!! It's extremely difficult to use their 1-800 number or their online system with any positive results. Our overdrafts are always due to debits that seem to randomly post. Our balance changes on a day to day basis when we have stopped using the card as they reorder transactions to benefit them. The main problem I have is situations such as this one: We used our debit card to purchase groceries and a few other smaller items.
