Terrible company. I would never buy from them again. They look good and the prices are reasonable on the outside, but once you've made a purchase, customer service is not only bad, it's awful. I managed to get my very expensive video editing system back to them before the warranty expired. The machine was always freezing during renders or playback of video files (which needs to be done all the time).
