Today, 2/3/10 @ 10am a man named Claude Davis, who I suspect gave me a false name, called me and stated that he needed to speak to me regarding a urgent matter. I called him back and he stated that he was calling from a Lawyer's office and that I needed to pay back a Pay Day Loan, or I would be arrested Friday 2/5/10. I asked the guy the company name and what amount I owed. I informed the man that I did not owe any loans at this time. So I checked my bank records to verify that for sure.
