Last september FWM lab sent me unknown product to me and charge me $50 in my credit card. I immediately returned it and asked refund. I was told I can get refund soon to my credit card. But since then, this company never refund me. Since last December, I called this company every one or two weeks, but still no refund for 4 months already.
