I spent about 20 years of my life in retail, I will have to say in all honesty i have never seen such a disorganized dept in all the years i spent managing retail sales. To clairify what I am saying I dropped off a preiscription today about 3pm and was told it woul be ready at 4:30pm I went to pick it up about 6:pm and was told it was not ready, this was after standing in line for about 30 min. behind 13 other people waiting for their prescriptions.
