Sales rep called and offered a "deal" for a reciprocating saw and accessories. Quoted a price of $119 and stated no shipping costs. Package arrived with an invoice of $249.50 ($119.50 for merchandise, $31.75 for freight and $18.25 for STC). The saw did not work.
