I ordered a Sony DCR-TRV704 Digital Camcorder as a Christmas gift (order value of $750). These guys are complete frauds. They did not process my order until I called to confirm it, at which time they tried to sell me additional accessories and a warranty. Then, they lied about it being in stock. They told me repeatedly it was in stock and had been shipped, but could never provide a tracking number. They finally shipped me the wrong camcorder on 12/23 (model 240).
