I have had so many problems with this company from their dvr's breaking, even when the technician turned it in, their customer service is horrble and they contridicte every word they say. They made me purchase a dvr /Hd and then said I had to return it when I cancelled with them because I could not take anymore of their decptive business practice. they put in a order show I never heard of, or I could not even get on the web to order it.
