Hricisak, II, CMFC, LPL Financial Adviser, Brentwood Towne Square, 501 Towne Square Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15227-3346, who did not explain in detail the penalty of early withdrawal of certificate of deposit (CD). In September of 2009, I signed up for a 6-year CD for $10, 000.00.
