In my opinion this is the worst on-line reseller, they misrepresented an item I purchased and failed to correct the advertising even after filing a claim with the BBB. I've submitted a formal complaint with Florida's Miami/Dade consumer protection agency regarding the false advertising, so we'll see if PcRightNow Inc, will do the right thing.
