Wanted to speak with someone by phone to discuss product prior to ordering it. Called many, many times with no answer or returned calls from messages. Upon speaking with someone (finally), found communication very difficult do to language differences. Once obtaining desired informaiton chose to order online to avoid mistakes inevitable in a verbal order. Items were not actually in stock, were pulled in from nearby supplier, and delivered a couple days out from when expected. read full review »
