On 07/3/09, I rented a graphing calculator, however canceled the order on the following day. via email. On the 5th, I called to make sure the order had been cancelled, however was unable to get a live person on the phone. Needless to say, the order was NOT cancelled and was shipped out on the 5th. I was instructed via email to simply refuse the order and I would receive the rental plus deposit check back. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it is now 7 months later.
