I was contacted by phone by CVS stating that they had a buyer for a timeshare we had in Las Vegas, NV. For only $999 they would prepare and process the paperwork. I gave them my Credit Card Number and expected a check within 45 days, as promised. After 45 days I called them and the deal had fallen through, even though the "buyer" had been pre-approved. They had a secondard buyer on the hook and to give them another 45 days.
