I ordered the birthstone bracelet and wore it once. I went to put it on again and found it was broken. Today I received another in the mail but I do not remember ordering it. I would like to know if I can return the broken one for a refund as I have already made a payment on it. I will keep the one I just received. Perhaps the payment could be put on that one.
