I would advise anyone thinking about switching from Comcast to Verizon in the Portland area to beware! This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had switching to a new service provider. 1. First, Nicholas, the door-to-door salesman sold me a package that does not exist. My total monthly bill for Cable, Internet and DVR was quoted at $80.00 a month. 2.
