I ordered two Cuisinart Waffle Makers on December 12, expecting the shipping to take 5 - 9 days as described. They immediately took the money from my PayPal account, and sent me an email order confirmation. On Christmas Eve, I emailed to ask for an order status because I had not received any communication from them and no waffle maker. Two days later I received an email saying that the items were on backorder and a reminder that the "fine print" says it may be backordered. Fine - was told to expect the item within two weeks.
